Founder and CEO
Armed with no capital and even less business experience, Neelima Grover launched The QED Group in 1998 from the basement of her family home. Her only guarantee – an unwavering passion to do things differently – driven by her patriotic mission to harness data for smarter, more effective decision-making within the U.S. Government.
Over the next half-century, that basement startup grew into what today is Q2IMPACT, a multinational corporation that collaborates with leading government agencies and global organizations to analyze data and enhance operational effectiveness. Under Neelima's visionary leadership, Q2IMPACT expanded its core government contracting work, diversifying beyond U.S. borders, and invested strategically in digital solutions and cutting-edge technology, including the launch of the Q2IMPACT AI Center of Excellence.
Today, Neelima Grover serves as CEO of the company she built from the ground up, embodying the American entrepreneurial spirit. From basement beginnings to boardroom success, Q2IMPACT stands as a testament to her relentless drive, working with top government agencies and global partners to improve efficiency, strengthen national priorities, and promote American leadership on the world stage.
