Democracy

Q2 Impact has more than 20 years of experience implementing USAID and other donor-funded programs in nearly 100 countries, with demonstrated expertise across democracy, rights, and governance. We focus on building local partnerships and developing local capacity, using our on the ground expertise and experience to proactively identify opportunities for engagement and capacity strengthening that are aligned with USG and host country government priorities. Q2 Impact works to support democratic reforms by addressing issues like digital solutions and e-governance, regulation policy strengthening, gender equality, civil society development, and public service provision.

Security

Through our experience working in fragile, conflict-affected, and post-conflict countries, we’ve built a deep understanding of the challenges in various operational environments. As a result Q2 Impact has evolved to become more agile, innovative, diverse, and oftentimes discreet in our information gathering and analysis. At Q2 Impact, we provide assessment, monitoring and evaluation (AM&E) expertise across the “three Ds” of foreign affairs; Defense, Diplomacy and Development, to advance U.S. national security interests. We provide our clients with information that is timely, relevant, verifiable, and immediately actionable to planners and operators.

Humanitarian Assistance

The bureaucracy around complex crises is difficult to understand and navigate. Governments, donors, UN Agencies, and NGOs often have overlapping and competing strategic priorities. During crises, however, sending life saving assistance to the most vulnerable remains the highest priority. The senior staff of the Q2 Impact have been emergency response leaders for more than 15 years in the most pressing crises throughout the Middle East and Africa.
